Sew Mama Sew Giveaway!

Hello! Welcome to Rescued Goods! Let's get down to business-giveaway goods!

I love  Sew Mama Sew Giveaway Day and I am excited to participate as a 'giver' this time!

Sew Mama Sew Giveaway Day lasts for 5 days this year (yee-haw!) and there are several different categories of giveaways. So check out their blog and enter away! The giveaway week ends this Friday December 16th at 5 pm PST. I will pick a winner after that time from the comments here. (random number generator, so you don't have to be too creative!)

Up for grabs is a set of three baby burp cloths made from vintage fabrics & cotton flannel. This set includes a green, blue, and yellow burp cloth-excellent for either gender baby. If you adore them and don't want to wait for the giveaway to end, don't fret-I have more listed in my etsy shop. These are pretty darn sweet, and very absorbent too, if you catch my drift:) For this, my first giveaway, I am going all out, and will be shipping internationally :)

To enter, leave a comment here pledging that you will do something nice for someone in the next day or two. If you are so inclined, let me know what you plan to do, or what you already did-but no worries-say whatever you want to say-I'll listen! Maybe you can return a cart or two to the supermarket, deliver some cookies to a neighbor,  donate a gift to a deserving child, or donate your time to a veteran's home. Or just give a big smile & a listening ear to someone who could use it:) Anyway, that's it! Leave a comment & have a great day! Of course, if you have an extra moment and want to visit, let's visit-Check out a post or two. You can check out Hank & Rosie, The girls, How to Grow Garlic, or an easy Winter centerpiece idea.

I am not the world's most consistent or prolific blog poster, so if you follow or put me in your Google Reader, I won't fill everything up:) You can also check me out on facebook-I would love it if you 'like' me:)

PS-Here is a recent pic of one of our chickens, . I just thought it was cute, so here you go:)

Thanks for stopping by! Good luck on your giveaways!

Vanessa

  5. This morning I was extra nice to the lady who cut my fabric at the fabric store even though she's always in a grumpy mood and the last time I was there she was downright rude and mean to me. Really cute cloths - my 2.5 week old baby could use them! :) And neat chicken pic - I want to get chickens really bad, but I'm forcing myself to wait a year or two until the kids are a bit older.
