Holiday Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe

Looking for the Sew Mama Sew giveaway
Check here, and have fun!

Still hanging here to read for a moment? Yeah! So, my friend Matt & I have decided that we need to get ourselves in gear and start doing some prep work for the holiday season. A bit of a late realization? Perhaps. But we are ready to roll out the crafts & gifts & baking this week! Want to hang with us as we go for it?! Good!

Monday's goal-Peanut Butter Fudge-done!

There are probably a zillion recipes for this, all pretty similar. This recipe is good and easy, and very forgiving if you aren't much of a measurer-just my style. Check it out.

Easy Peanut Butter Fudge
2 1/4 c. sugar
2 1/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. evaporated milk
Mix & boil 5 minutes on medium-low heat. Keep stirring, and start timing the boil when it comes to a rolling boil (bubbles don't stop even if you are stirring:)
Remove from heat & add;
7 1/4 oz jar of Marshmallow Fluff (I add half of the big 16 oz. tub-close enough!)
1 3/4 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt
Mix ingredients with electric mixer. It will quickly start to thicken and get the fudge consistency. Immediately pour into greased 9X13 pan. (If you like your fudge thicker for gift giving, use a smaller pan.)

Happy baking!

P.S. As you can probably tell from the picture & the ingredients, this is totally not fattening at all!

  1. Oh wow - fudge is totally my favourite and this sounds delicious. My little girl and I made some chocolate fudge which is chilling in the fridge (couldn't do the boiling method as too dangerous for her, and Mark smashed my sugar thermometer - dog house for him!!)

Thanks for stopping by. Drop me a note to say hello! I jump for joy when you leave me nice comments!
